For the preparation and holding of the Festival an Organizing Committee is formed, the composition of which is approved by the founders of the festival.

The International Jury of the Festival is formed by the Directorate of the Festival, taking into account the wishes of the Board of Trustees, consisting of prominent figures of culture and art of Ukraine, heads of famous world circuses, directors of international circus festivals from different countries, world experts in the field of circus art, and approved by the president of the international festival.
